I just purchased my pattern, where is it??

 

A download link will be sent to your email address, check your JUNK or SPAM.

You can also log in to your account and download your patterns at any time from there!

 

But I didn’t create an account?

You don't need to create an account to check out! 

 

My pattern won’t print or has lines on it??

When your printer tab pops open, click your “advanced printer settings”. Then check “Print as Image”. If it still isn’t printing, make sure you’re opening with updated Adobe Reader and that your printer driver is up to date. Then try re-downloading the pattern. If it still doesn’t work, email info@annaluciadesign.com
