Yarn Infomation: 
100% wool, 50g/150m 
BC  Loch Lomond  (50g) for all sizes. 
For 50g,  you can  get 170m with this yarn. 
So basically one skein is enough for all sizes.
But for adults size, if you in doubt or may do some changes , please go for 2 skeins to make sure you get enough yarn for your project. 
Needles: 
4/4.5mm  40cm/16 inches circular needle for round knitting  
4.5mm 20cm dpns for decreases . 
Tension: 20sts, 28 rows  
Sizes:  Small kids/ Big kids / Average Adult 
Finished size without stretch:  44cm/ 48cm/ 52cm 
Fits head sizes: 46-49cm/ 50-53cm/ 54-57cm
