The dress pattern works for 13in/32cm doll and the name of brand is Paola Reina. 
You can purchase this doll on line. It has a large collection and all of them are super cute. 
This is a fun and very quick project that will take you only a couple of hours to make. 
You will need dk weight yarn, 4. 00mm needles (or size to obtain gauge). 
The sample was made using Drops Belle.
Working gauge is 21 stitches and 28 rows over stockinette stitch. 
This pattern is designed by me, and can't be found anywhere.
